Boardbooster is Pinterest's long lost cousin. You use it to schedule your pins days in advance and it posts on your behalf.

I use Asana to schedule my tasks. In this way I know what needs to be done, what i'm working on at the moment, whats already been finished and what needs review. No more papers or ideas getting lost!
